Short chapters are provided to give you a background and advice regarding specific ailments.You will learn how you can make healthy changes in your life by investing only five minutes a day with JUICING RECIPES and minimal preparation.For your convenience, Ive listed all the juice recipes in one section at the end of the book. For me, Im not someone who likes reading lots of pages before I get to the recipes. So, Ive implemented my personal philosophy for how this books contents were assembled.Eight crucial-to-your-health juicing recipes might make you want to look for another book that has 50 recipes or 100 recipes.

But honestly, anyone (even a beginner) knows that you can chop up any vegetables and fruit you want, toss them into a juicer or a blender, and flip the switch to get a glass of juice. But the secret is knowing which vegetable and fruit combinations are targeted to specific health remedies.

And for me, I dont need hundreds of recipes. Just give me the ones that taste good and will keep me healthy. I also dont want to have to order special ingredients to make my healthy juices. Maybe you feel the same way.
